I am ex-lifelong Christian who learned all my young life to spiritually bypass and people-please. At the end of 2018, I left the church, and at the beginning of 2019, I left Christianity. I felt like I was spiritually homeless. My faith had been my biggest ME thing, but the irony is that Christianity only ever made me doubt myself, deny myself, put everyone else before me. (I've since processed and expressed all my anger around Christianity and have healed and gotten to a peaceful space with this.) So I opened myself wide at the beginning of 2019 and decided that I would explore and experience whatever spirituality I needed to. I learned about energy. I was on a path of rapid transformation and growth that eventually led me to witchcraft. It led me back home. I was a witch as a child, and religion squashed it out of me. The pull was always there, and I always so strongly pushed the "temptation" away. But by the end of 2019, I reclaimed my witchy self. I burned so much of my life to the ground so it could start fresh, like the birth of a new forest after a forest fire. I learned to set boundaries, stand in my power, and be my magickal self again. At the end of 2019 and beginning of 2020, I had two separate experiences learning of my angel wings. And later of my Mintakan starseed soul and mermaid nature. Is this all weird enough for you yet? 😄 I'm a whole being of light and shadows! I deny no part of myself. I walk through the shadows with my guides, my angels, myself as Maiden Mother Crone. I intgrate and heal through feeling. I heal in water. I work with trees to spread light language and awaken other earth angels. I am a powerful witch. Divination is my jam. Love is my song. I'm here as a warrior, as love, to liberate myself and empower others to liberate themselves as well.
