If Kelly had one big block and that block had a name, it would be Ryan. There are a couple little windows in the show where she overcomes this block and dates Darryl and the pediatrician, but those are blips in the constant on-again-off-again that is the Ryan and Kelly saga. Kelly's repressed intuition gives her a totally wrong reading of people, creating false allies...like, again, Ryan and his hidden agendas (booty call, hello). This means she also has hidden enemies, or more accurately, is a hidden enemy. If you cross her by not going to her America's Got Talent party, she'll throw all the passive aggressive daggers, and you won't even know you've made an enemy until you're buried in fake customer complaints.
