Ryan Howard!
Besides the fact that Ryan lacks commitment and energy for, well...anything, he cheats on Kelly, cons Pam out of her wedding gift money, and sets the whole office up to lose the money they invest in his company, Wuphf. He has zero follow-through with Kelly. (Like when they got married and divorced in one weekend.) Or the time Jim had to banish him to the closet with no wifi so he'd actually get something done. But then little Temp becomes the big boss, somehow. The "Wonderkin." And wow, does Ryan abuse that power by cheating the shareholders and treating everyone in the office like crap. At least he's comedic relief and can write a wicked poem, right?
